We offer up to 15 accommodation grants for young researchers who present either a talk or a poster. This grant partially covers the accommodation costs at the Unamuno residence in Bilbao for the conference period (4 nights with breakfast included in individual room).

With this grant the registration fee is EUR 150. If you need to stay at Unamuno residence for some extra nights (before the first day of the event, or after the last day), any additional night will cost EUR 39 (full price per night with breakfast included).

Please, be aware that to be eligible to register as Young Researcher and apply for the grant, the registrant must be at most 30 years old by June 23rd 2023.

 

To apply for the grant  please, follow the instructions below:

Step 1:  by 31/03/2023, send your proposal to present a talk or a poster to pavel60conference@gmail.com, as indicated HERE, including also your curriculum vitae. Moreover when filling in the registration form, select that you would like to apply for a grant for young researcher.

 

Step 2: the applications for the grants will be evaluated and selected by the Scientific Committee. The Organizing Committee will inform the grantees by email.

Step 3: for the grant to be confirmed, it is necessary to pay the corresponding fee by 28/04/2023.
